General Workshop Operative

We are currently recruiting for a General Workshop Operative to join a busy and well‑established workshop based in Brandon. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for long‑term work with the potential to secure a permanent position.

Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm
£13.00 per hour
Temp to Perm
Immediate start
 
Duties include:

• Metal prep - cutting, grinding, drilling, folding
• Paint prep - deburring, degreasing
• Product finishing - general assembly, packing
• Will be required to use: bandsaws, mitre saws, pedestal grinder, linisher, pillar drill, guillotine, press brake, hand held grinder, general hand tools 

Requirements:

• Reliable, punctual and able to work a full‑time Monday-Friday schedule
• Training will be provided on all machines and tools but previous experience is preferable
